Have you ever noticed the “Contact Us” link on the footer of every BeWelcome page? There is a small team in behind this whose members answer to the questions and requests submitted by our users: the Support Team.

When members have questions, want to make suggestions, report bugs, complain or give feedback, they “Contact Us”. More often the support team helps in cases of forgotten passwords, when members have difficulties using the map search or want to change their username. The Support Team is…

We would like to introduce you to some of our volunteers. Every one of them decided at one point to spend a little bit of time to help BeWelcome, making this the greatest non-profit, volunteer driven hospitality network out there!

We do not consider ourselves a "leadership team". Legally the Board of Directors is the administrative "council" that runs BeWelcome on a day to day basis as well as the "steering committee" which takes all the decisions that don't have to be decided by the General Assembly. In the recent past some small design changes have been made but most of the design didn't change for a long time. You might think that this is no problem as long as the site still works. as announced, the General Assembly (GA) of BeVolunteer, the association that runs BeWelcome, was organised on November 7th and 8th in Düsseldorf (Germany).
